solutions, spanning cloud, data center, cybersecurity, system integration, and emerging digital platforms. </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">This role is accountable for translating customer business challenges into integrated, scalable architectures that align with Otech’s delivery capabilities and market strategy. </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Acting as a trusted solution advisor, the incumbent drives solution differentiation, design governance, and win probability across high-value pursuits, ensuring every proposal combines innovation, feasibility, and profitability. "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Lead end-to-end design of enterprise ICT and hybrid cloud architectures (on-prem, OCI, Azure, AWS). </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Translate customer requirements and RFP/RFI specifications into solution blueprints, bills of materials (BoMs), and cost models. </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Define integration patterns across infrastructure, applications, data, and security layers to ensure cohesive system performance. </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Validate solution scalability, security posture, and compliance with Otech’s standards and client SLAs. </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Prepare architecture documents (HLDs, reference diagrams, compliance matrices) for submission and client presentation. technical and architectural content to proposals and presentations, ensuring accuracy and coherence. </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Lead solution walk-throughs and technical defence sessions with customer architecture boards. </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Estimate effort, cost, and dependencies in coordination with finance and delivery planning teams. </p> <p dir = observability frameworks) for inclusion in hybrid designs along with back-end Pillars of Cloud and DC, Cyber security, Digital & AI </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Develop reusable design templates, reference architectures, and accelerators to shorten bid cycles. </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Recommend value engineering options to optimize TCO while maintaining quality. </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Maintain a portfolio of validated architectures that can be adapted for future bids or productized into offerings with Bid Management. </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Collaboration & Governance </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Coordinate and support Domain Architects (Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, Network) to consolidate multi-domain inputs into unified hybrid solutions. </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Liaise with delivery and PMO teams to confirm implementation feasibility and risk mitigation plans. </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Ensure alignment between solution commitments and delivery capability to avoid post-award variances. </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Support internal design reviews (“red/blue team”) ensuring consistency, compliance, and clarity before submission along with Solutions Architect Manager. </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Customer & Stakeholder Engagement </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Serve as Otech’s technical point of contact for strategic and complex opportunities. </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Engage with client enterprise architects, CTOs, and technical evaluators to validate solution approach. </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Provide consultative guidance on transformation roadmaps, migration strategies, and operating models. </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Articulate business value of proposed solutions through ROI, scalability, and innovation narratives. </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Commercial & Cost Optimization </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Develop cost structures for non-standard solutions in coordination with Finance and Sales. </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Balance design integrity with commercial competitiveness, maintaining gross margin targets. </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Recommend alternative architectures or licensing models that reduce total project cost. </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Knowledge Management & Mentorship </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Document case studies, reusable components, and lessons learned from delivered solutions. </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Mentor pre-sales engineers and junior architects on hybrid design methodologies dir = "auto">Reporting & Metrics </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Maintain accurate data on bid participation, design quality, and win outcomes along with Solutions Architect Manager. </p> <p = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Qualification </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems. </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Master’s degree or MBA preferred. </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Certification </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Multi-cloud architecture certifications (OCI Architect, AWS/Azure/GCP Professional). </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">ITIL or TOGAF certification preferred. </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Cybersecurity or networking certifications (CCNP, ISO 27001, etc.) an advantage. </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Experience </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">8–12 years of experience in ICT or system-integration presales or solution design roles. </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Proven experience designing large-scale hybrid infrastructures and managed service solutions. </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Exposure to multi-vendor ecosystems and enterprise transformation engagements. </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Skills </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Strong understanding of data center, cloud, system integration, and cybersecurity principles. </p> <p dir = "auto"></p> <p dir = "auto">Expertise in cloud migration, automation frameworks, and orchestration tools. </p> <p
