Job OverviewWe are seeking a professional Chinese English speaking Secretary / Administrative Assistant to support the Client’s project team in Duqm. The role focuses on administration, document control, and bilingual communication between Chinese stakeholders the Client Project ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and secretarial support to the project teamAct as a communication bridge between Chinese- and English-speaking teamsTranslate documents, emails, and meeting discussions (Chinese ↔ English)Manage correspondence and maintain organized filing systemsSupport document control processes (tracking, logging, distribution)Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutesFollowing up on action items and internal communicationsAssist in preparing reports, presentations, and official lettersRequirements Qualifications & ExperienceDiploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field3–7 years of experience in administrative or secretarial rolesExperience in construction or industrial projects is an advantageGCC / Oman experience is preferred Personal CompetenciesProfessional and reliableStrong cross-cultural communication skillsAbility to work in a multinational site environmentProactive and flexible
