Job Purpose To contribute to the growth in volume & earnings of Bank’s Corporate Banking business and ensuring a healthy Corporate Banking portfolio by undertaking the management of major accounts and specialised corporate undertakings. Foster a responsible banking relationship with clients. Key Tasks and Duties • Develop and nurture relationships with assigned companies and their more complex business needs. • Seek to grow the business volume & earnings • Handle relationships independently through regular meetings with clients and establish their current and future financial needs to maximize client satisfaction • Recommend the products and services that will prove profitable for both the Bank and the client. • Develop and conduct relationships in line with the agreed account strategy of the respective relationship. • Facilitate cross selling of NBO products including treasury, investment, cash management, liabilities and retail. • Achieve volumes & earnings from the portfolio being handled in line with the agreed business budget. • Increase the market penetration by finding new leads and adding new accounts • Seek to develop and maintain a healthy portfolio • Mentor Assistant RMs to take on future role of RM • Ensure timely submission of proposals to Unit Head and Head Corp Banking Experience Minium 8 years in banking with good experience of the commercial challenges faced in Corporate and how banking products and services can help. A good record in developing sales opportunities is essential with new and existing clients is essential. Skills required are: • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Good reporting skills • Excellent customer skills • Good written and spoken English • Office technology skills • Good person to person skills • Good negotiation skills • Good written and spoken Arabic is desirable.
