JOB PURPOSE:
To lead the development and management of National Innovation Accelerator Center - Terminal 11's corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and ecosystem programs. Responsible for driving revenue through strategic partnerships, managing the corporate engagement portfolio, and ensuring the delivery of high-impact programs that strengthen Terminal 11's value proposition as Oman's premier innovation hub.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Partnership Strategy & Development
• Develop and execute the corporate partnerships strategy aligned with Terminal 11's commercial objectives.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue high-value partnership opportunities.
• Design partnership models including sponsorships, corporate memberships, and strategic collaborations.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective partners.
2. Corporate Partnerships Management
• Oversee the full lifecycle of corporate partnerships from origination to renewal.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms.
• Ensure delivery of partnership commitments and value realization for both parties.
• Manage anchor tenant and corporate sponsor relationships at the strategic level.
3. Revenue Generation
• Accountable for partnership-related revenue targets including joining fees, sponsorships, and programs income.
• Develop pricing strategies and commercial propositions for partnership offerings.
• Track revenue performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Identify opportunities for revenue diversification and upselling.
4. Programs & Events
• Oversee the design and delivery of ecosystem programs, events, and activations.
• Ensure programs align with partner objectives and ecosystem development goals.
• Monitor program quality, participation, and impact metrics.
• Drive innovation in program formats and delivery models.
5. Ecosystem Engagement
• Position Terminal 11 as a connector between corporates, startups, and the innovation community.
• Develop initiatives that drive meaningful engagement between ecosystem stakeholders.
• Support corporate innovation and open innovation initiatives with partner organizations.
• Build relationships with accelerators, VCs, and international ecosystem players.
6. Team Leadership & Development
• Lead and develop the Partnerships & Programs team.
• Set clear objectives, KPIs, and accountability frameworks for team members.
• Mentor and coach team members for professional growth.
• Foster a high-performance, relationship-driven culture.
7. Stakeholder & External Relations
• Represent Terminal 11 at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
• Build relationships with parent authority entities, government bodies, and sector associations.
• Collaborate with international innovation hubs and ecosystem partners.
• Support the Managing Director and General Manager in high-level engagements as required.
8. Reporting & Analysis
• Report on partnership pipeline, revenue performance, and program outcomes.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
• Track partnership health metrics and satisfaction indicators.
• Prepare board-level updates on partnerships and programs performance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Master's degree (MBA or related) is preferred.
Professional Qualifications:
• Professional certifications in sales, business development, or partnership management are advantageous.
Work Experience:
• 10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or corporate sales.
• At least 5 years in leadership roles managing teams and portfolios.
• Proven track record of closing high-value B2B partnerships.
• Experience in innovation ecosystems, corporate innovation, or startup environments is highly desirable.
• Experience engaging with government entities and corporates in the GCC region is advantageous.
Languages:
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Fluency in Arabic is highly desirable.
Computer Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Experience with presentation and proposal tools.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration platforms.
