Skills: Proficiency in various
techniques (piping, fondant work, airbrushing, edible images), color matching,
and creating unique Western pastry designsHygiene: Valid food handler's permit and strict adherence to
health/safety standards.Soft Skills: Creativity, attention to detail, time management,
communication and customer services.Physical status: Ability to stand for long periods and work under
pressure. RequirementsExperience: Prior experience in a commercial setting, often with a
strong portfolio.Education (Optional but helpful): Vocational Diploma or certificate in
baking/pastry artsResponsibilities: Executing cake designs using various mediums
(buttercream, fruit). Collaborating with direct supervisors on designs and
fulfilling orders.Maintaining a clean,
organized workstation and equipment.
