Marketing Specialist / Student Recruitment Specialist
ICEM is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Specialist / Student Recruitment Specialist to support the implementation of the College’s marketing and student recruitment strategy. The role plays a key part in increasing student enrolment, strengthening brand visibility, and supporting international and local recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the execution of the College’s marketing and student recruitment plan
• Manage student recruitment activities including lead generation, follow-up, and conversion tracking
• Coordinate school visits, open days, and education fairs (local and international)
• Support digital marketing activities including social media campaigns and content updates
• Assist in producing promotional materials and student-focused content (videos, testimonials, brochures)
• Maintain and update prospective student recruitment tracking records (e.g., spreadsheets or databases) to monitor student enquiries, applications, and follow-up activities until enrolment.
• Engage with prospective students, parents, schools, and education agents
• Support international student recruitment initiatives.
• Collect and report data on applications, leads, and campaign performance.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and student recruitment processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Experience Requirements
• 4 years of experience in marketing, admissions, or student recruitment (preferably in higher education)
• Experience in managing social media campaigns or CRM systems is an advantage
• Prior involvement in education fairs, school outreach, or international recruitment activities is highly desirable
