Job PurposeWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Audit Manager or IT Audit Lead to join our existing dynamic team. This role is critical in providing independent and objective assurance on the effectiveness of IT controls, risk management and governance processes across the bank’s technology landscape. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT auditing, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance with the ability to lead and conduct complex audits individually and along a team under the guidance of Head of IT Audit.Key Tasks and DutiesAudit Planning & ExecutionExecute risk-based IT audit plan aligned with the bank’s strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.Lead, Participate and Conduct end-to-end IT audits including planning, fieldwork, reporting and follow-up. Engagements include Independent and Integrated Audits.Prepare detailed risk assessments and audit program as needed for the scope of audit.Evaluate the design and effectiveness of IT general controls (ITGCs), Network security controls, application controls, cybersecurity measures and governance frameworks. Reporting and CommunicationPrepare clear, concise, and insightful audit reports for senior management and the Audit Committee.Communicate audit findings and recommendations in a constructive and collaborative manner.Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and validate remediation efforts. Special Assignments, Advisory and Audit Management System Engage in special assignments, investigations or consulting assignments on IT projects, system implementations and digital transformation initiatives as required by the Division.Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to recommend practical and effective control enhancements.Manage, support and enhance Audit Management System along with the team.
