Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver management reports using Business Objects (BO) and SAP.Train and support staff on BO reports, SAP, HHT devices, and DMS systems.Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and firewall issues.Manage internet, CCTV, and biometric attendance systems.Coordinate with head office teams and service providers for technical support and system enhancements.Assist in physical inventory and other operational IT tasks as needed.
