Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesEstimation, preparation of quotations, product presentations, post and pre tender review meetings, submissions, follow-ups, negotiations and finalization of AMC.Identifying new markets for other brand equipments and securing the contracts to grab additional market share.Building and maintaining active association with Existing, new customers for business development.Follow up & collect the AMC payments on time from all the assigned accounts.Attaining maximum customer satisfaction by providing efficient after sale service to the customers.Coordination with filed operation team for resolving the technical issues addressed by clientsLead cross-functional coordination with Finance and Commercial teams to streamline post-order processing and ensure accurate and timely delivery of client contractual and commercial requirements.Achieve assigned targets and consistently meet defined KPIs within specified timelines on a monthly and annual basis.
