Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities1. Parts Management & Inventory ControlMaintain accurate inventory of EV spare parts (battery components, controllers, inverters, motors, charging modules, wiring harnesses, etc.).Monitor stock levels and reorder parts as required to prevent shortages or overstocking.Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.Ensure proper storage of sensitive EV components (especially lithium-ion battery parts).2. Parts Sourcing & ProcurementCoordinate with OEMs and authorized suppliers for genuine EV parts.Raise purchase orders and track delivery schedules.Negotiate pricing and ensure cost-effective procurement where applicable.3. Technical Support & CoordinationAssist service technicians in identifying correct parts using EPC (Electronic Parts Catalog).Interpret part numbers, technical diagrams, and manufacturer manuals.Coordinate with service advisors to ensure parts availability for scheduled jobs.4. Customer Handling & SalesAttend to walk-in and workshop customers for parts inquiries.Provide accurate quotations and explain warranty coverage on EV components.Promote genuine parts and accessories to enhance vehicle performance and safety.5. Documentation & ComplianceMaintain records of inward/outward parts movement.Ensure warranty parts are processed as per OEM guidelines.Follow safety procedures for handling high-voltage EV components.
