<p>Grade – Officer III&nbsp;</p>
<p>Location – Sohar, Oman</p>
<p>Reporting to – Production Manager</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;Gender : Male</p>
<p>Monthly Salary : 400 OMR - 600 OMR CTC</p>
<p>Scope Of Work:</p>
<p>This role requires overseeing &amp; directing the entire production plan of a particular shift for the organization as per the production plan. Also, to ensure smooth production as per the quality standards &amp; guidelines by managing men, machine &amp; materials.</p>
<p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Efficient Execution of the shift plan</p>
<p>• Work closely with the Sales/Planning department, understand the production requirement SKU wise, follow the production plan</p>
<p>• Allocate people to the production line as required by the daily production plan.</p>
<p>• Resolving day to day production related issues concerning worker handling, material availability and changing the plan accordingly.</p>
<p>• Effective planning of Variety change overs as per protocol of Quality and machine standards keeping in mind efficiency and productivity.</p>
<p>• Making shift wise production report and sending across all function in MS-Excel and SAP ERP .&nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;Maintaining Line efficiency and Productivity standards&nbsp;</p>
<p>• Ensure all food safety procedures are applied (HACCP, HALAL, and USFDA) during the production</p>
<p>• Monitor raw and finished product quality before and throughout the shift</p>
<p>• Maintain plant hygiene</p>
<p>&nbsp;Training of Workmen</p>
<p>• Responsible for conducting the training of workmen as per the plan</p>
<p>• Tracking the effectiveness of the training program</p>
<p>• Identifying the gap between actual &amp; desired performance level &amp; arranging for re-training the workers who are not up to the mark</p>
<p>Daily Data entries and Reports</p>
<p>• Daily production related reports.</p>
<p>• Production related activities in SAP system.</p>
<p>• Weekly, Monthly reports related to Production.</p>
<p>• Audit related records and reports.</p>
<p>Co-ordinates people, product and resources effectively</p>
<p>• Communicates effectively with other managers and staff</p>
<p>• Work closely with other concerned departments, understand the production requirement &amp; execute the plan.</p>
<p>Qualification and Experience</p>
<p>• Graduate with Food Technology&nbsp;</p>
<p>• 4-5 years of experience in a Biscuit Manufacturing Organization</p>
<p>• Knowledge of Biscuit production process, Computer Skills, Report writing and analytical skills</p>
<p>• Excellent Leadership Skills with problem solving approach</p>
<p>• Positive attitude towards work</p>
<p>• Effective Communication, coaching, counseling, coordinating and implementation skills</p>
<p>• Apart from Arabic language must be fluent in English as all documentation and co-ordination is mostly in English.</p>
<p>• Familiarity with ERP systems or procurement software (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a necessity.</p>
