Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesReview and understand the awarded contract, BOQ, specifications, drawings, and commercial terms.Monitor project costs against approved budgets and identify cost variances.Prepare and submit monthly client interim payment applications.Measure work completed on-site and certify quantities for billing purposes.Verify and process subcontractor bills, supplier invoices, and payment certificates.Prepare and evaluate subcontract agreements, variations, and final accounts.Monitor material consumption and labor productivity to control project costs.Identify, prepare, and negotiate variation orders (VOs), additional works, and claims.Maintain records of contractual correspondence, site instructions, and commercial documentation.Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Planning Engineers, Procurement, and Finance departments.Assist in Project Managers, Site Engineers by preparing material quantity to raise MR.Monitor project progress and ensure commercial compliance with contract conditions.Assist in extension of time (EOT) claims and contractual dispute resolution.Prepare reconciliation statements for materials, quantities, and project costs.Prepare final accounts with clients and subcontractors upon project completion.Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and statutory requirements.Maintain accurate commercial records for audit and future reference.
