Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Sales & Business DevelopmentDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.Drive growth in vehicle sales, accessories, and related services.Identify business opportunities within the Oman market and establish relationships with corporate and retail customers.Monitor sales activities and market trends to maximize business opportunities.Conduct competitor analysis and recommend business improvement initiatives.Branch Operations ManagementOversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.Manage inventory levels for vehicles, spare parts, and accessories.Monitor branch expenditures and optimize operational costs.Ensure compliance with company procedures and local business regulations in Oman.Team ManagementLead and supervise sales executives, service advisors, technicians, and administrative staff.Recruit, train, coach, and develop employees to improve performance.Conduct regular performance reviews and implement development plans.Maintain a high-performance and customer-focused work environment.Customer Relationship ManagementEnsure excellent customer service standards and customer satisfaction.Handle customer complaints and resolve escalated issues professionally.Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.Financial & Reporting ResponsibilitiesMonitor branch profitability and financial performance.Prepare budgets, forecasts, and branch reports.Ensure effective collection processes and financial control measures.Submit periodic performance reports to senior management.Compliance & AdministrationEnsure compliance with Oman labor laws, company policies, and safety standards.Maintain accurate branch documentation and records.Monitor adherence to quality standards and audit requirements.
