In this role, you will ensure the efficient operation of HVAC equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and support safe and reliable facility operations. Key Responsibilities Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning and ventilation systems. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements. Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures. Maintain maintenance records and service reports. Respond to emergency breakdowns and service requests.
