JOB PURPOSE: Coordinating all pickup and drop requirements of various officials. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Submitting all outward dispatches to various organization • Going to banks regularly to deposit the cheques and to collect other documents. • Taking the staff members to various places in Oman in connection with their official duty. • Collecting mails from post box on a regular basis and giving the same to the receptionist. • Going to supermarkets and other shops for purchasing items required by the company. • Ensuring the periodical maintenance of cars and taking them to service stations and bringing them back. • Reporting all maintenance related issues on cars to Administrative Officer. • Responding immediately to employee calls when they meet with any accident and visiting the place immediately and coordinating the entire process with ROP. Qualifications: • General diploma Experience: • Should have 1-3 years of relevant experience
