Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Promote excellent customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout all job phases. Supervise all job site activities including personnel, equipment, rig-up, and job preparation to ensure compliance with company and customer requirements. Oversee spotting, rigging up, and connecting equipment (treating lines, hoses, wellhead connections) in line with company safety standards. Plan, supervise, and execute chemical mixing and pumping operations according to established procedures. Ensure safe job execution including setup, operation, mobilization, and demobilization of all equipment. Coordinate the preparation, maintenance, and cleanup of equipment for ongoing and upcoming operations. Perform and oversee preventive maintenance to ensure all equipment is safe, operational, and compliant with company standards. Maintain equipment cleanliness and ensure it remains in good working condition. Manage and control chemical and spare parts inventory effectively. Lead, supervise, coach, and train cement crew members to ensure high performance and competency development. Review job programs with management and customer representatives to ensure alignment with operational capabilities. Ensure timely mobilization of personnel, equipment, and materials to the job site. Complete and maintain all required documentation (logs, reports, checklists, scorecards) in compliance with company policies. Ensure adherence to company rules, HSE procedures, and safety standards at all times. Continuously improve personal skills and performance through competency development processes. Minimum Requirmensts: Bachelor’s degree in engineering in any field. 0-2 years of experience. Experience in Oil & Gas industry is preferred.
