JOB CONTENT The Senior Specialist – Facility Management & HSE is responsible for managing facility operations, maintenance programs, and health, safety, and environmental compliance across the Bank’s premises.The role ensures operational readiness of facilities and compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. 2. Duties and Responsibilities Facility Management Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Oversee service providers responsible for security, cleaning, and maintenance. Maintain facility asset registers and infrastructure records. Support branch renovation and relocation projects. Health, Safety & Environment Implement health and safety policies and procedures. Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments. Organize emergency drills and safety awareness initiatives. Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions. MINIMUM EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of experience in facility management or HSE. Special Skills & Knowledge: HSE certification (NEBOSH or equivalent) preferred.
