Mechanical Engineer

<p>• Staff must be an Area Authority and have a sound knowledge in Permit to Work systems.</p>
<p>• Control of all mechanical related matters relating to the successful completion of power station outage</p>
<p>• Supervise and coach Junior Engineers and Field Technicians for all site related troubleshooting issues.</p>
<p>• Execute all scope of work requirements to the gas turbine/generator and other various equipment as per OEM specifications and according to the company quality and HSE plans.</p>
<p>• Perform Borescope inspection and submit the reports in timely manner to the clients</p>
<p>• Review the previous outage reports from last maintenance and engage with RSC coordination meeting to obtain update if the spares available to rectify these defects.&nbsp;</p>
<p>• Give leadership and motivate his sub-ordinates.</p>
<p>• Maintain Quality records pertaining to his function.</p>
<p>• Promote Engineering quality control of the works, ensuring conformity to appropriate engineering specifications to meet all customer and company requirements.</p>
<p>• Supply of appropriate technical support to the company’s clients and company engineering staff.</p>
<p>• Compiling and timely submission of detailed field service reports, highlighting operation/maintenance recommendations and procedure.</p>
<p>• Participating in the team meeting related to integrity issue/kick off meeting before the start of each outage.</p>
<p>• Promote and maintain the professional image of the company in all site jobs.</p>
<p>• Any other appropriate task as assigned by the Lead Engineer, Contract Co-ordinator.</p>
<p>• To work safely and in accordance with all company Health, Safety and Environmental rules and recommendations, and be proactive in maintaining a safe working environment.</p>
