(Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech / B.E) in IT, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering) - Study business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and application designs. - Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API) and SQL Server. - Develop ERP modules covering Incident Management, Defect Management, Project Progress, Inventory Management, Financial Progress, and KPIs. - Ensure secure coding practices and compliance with cybersecurity and SCADA/IT strategy. - Perform database design, optimization, and maintenance for SQL Server databases. - Implement dashboards and reports (Power BI, SSRS, or similar tools) for performance tracking and KPIs. - Conduct unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure defect-free and reliable applications. - Provide technical documentation, user guides, and training to stakeholders. - Support deployment, monitor application performance, and resolve issues. - Continuously enhance and upgrade existing applications based on user needs and emerging technologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Planning, Cybersecurity, SCADA, Finance) to ensure successful delivery of solutions. Certifications: - Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer / Azure Developer Associate - Microsoft Certified: SQL Database Administrator / Developer - Agile / Scrum Certification
