<p>1. Customer Service &amp; Transactions</p>

<p>o Handle buying and selling of foreign currencies as per approved exchange rates.</p>

<p>o Provide accurate information on rates and charges to customers.</p>
<p></p>
<p>o Ensure customer transactions are processed quickly and efficiently.</p>
<p></p>
<p>o Maintain a professional and courteous approach while dealing with customers.</p>
<p></p>
<p>2. Cash Handling &amp; Security</p>
<p></p>
<p>o Ensure sufficient cash is available at all times to meet daily transaction requirements.</p>
<p></p>
<p>o Ensure accuracy in counting, verifying, and balancing cash.</p>
<p></p>
<p>o Safeguard cash and currencies in compliance with security procedures.</p>
<p></p>
<p>o Deposit excess cash in the bank as instructed.</p>
<p></p>
<p>3. Compliance &amp; Regulatory Adherence</p>
<p></p>
<p>o Strictly follow AML policies, KYC norms, and company compliance guidelines.</p>
<p></p>
<p>o Report suspicious transactions to the Compliance Officer &amp; Branch In-Charge.</p>
<p></p>
<p>o Ensure all documents and customer IDs are verified and recorded as per regulations.</p>
<p></p>
<p>4. Operational Efficiency</p>
<p></p>
<p>o Accurately record all transactions in the system.</p>
<p></p>
<p>o Reconcile daily transactions and balance cash at the end of the day.</p>
<p></p>
<p>o Assist in preparing daily reports for submission to the Branch Manager</p>
<p></p>
<p>5. Teamwork &amp; Support</p>
<p></p>
<p>o Support colleagues in branch operations when required.</p>
<p></p>
<p>o Participate in training sessions to stay updated with new policies, products, and regulatory requirements.</p>
<p></p>
<p>o Maintain discipline and professionalism within the branch</p>
