Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for monitoring the quality of incoming and outgoing materials, products, services for the assigned project, as well as the associated construction/production/manufacturing/installation etc process. Also responsible for conducting tests, analyzing measurements, and reporting thereof. Overall, a Quality Control Inspector, is responsible for making sure that the material/product/service meets the expected standards before being sent to the customer so as to arrest/reduce the chances of failure/non conformity.Responsible for all day to day activities and execution of all Quality Control plans for the assigned project in line with organizational and project/location specific QMS/CQP/PQP, international standards (ISO etc), client and statutory requirementsResponsible to perform various functional quality assessments & inspections on input samples (materials, products, services) and accept/reject based on specified internal/external criteria and defined procedures. Responsible to assess & inspect output samples (materials, products, services) and accept/reject based on specified internal/external criteria and defined procedures. Responsible to initiate corrective actions on non-conformities and monitor & track them to completionResponsible to define functional inspection and test processes and document inspection outcomes by completing detailed inspection reports and performance records. Responsible to measure, track and monitor improvements to the construction/production/manufacturing/installation etc process to ensure quality controlResponsible for all individual and specific departmental productivity targets, financial objectives, KPIs and attainment thereof.Other tasks:Promoting Group Values, Code of Conduct and associated policiesParticipating and providing positive contribution to technical, commercial, planning, safety and quality performance of the organization and in accordance with Client, Contractual, regulatory requirementsUndertaking any other responsibilities as directed and mutually agreed with the Line Management
