-The job is Contract under Nama Dhofar Services by Hamed Engineering Services. -Duration of Contact: 4 years. -The job is exclusive for Dhofar residents only. -Other Qualifications: IOSH / NEBOSH,DCRP HSE Certificates will be prferable. Job Description (Supervision Responsibilities) • Ensure full compliance with HSE requirements project standards across all activities. • Monitor contractor adherence to safety procedures, risk assessments, and method statements. • Ensure safe execution of works, especially in live substations and high-risk environments. • Enforce Permit-to-Work (PTW) system and safe coordination of shutdown activities. • Investigate and report incidents, near misses, and non-conformities, ensuring corrective actions. • Ensure environmental compliance during construction, excavation, and waste management. • Contribute to progress reports with HSE performance and statistics. • Support safe testing, commissioning, and project handover. • Participate in contractor performance evaluations focusing on HSE compliance. • Ensure quality control and compliance with contract requirements.
