Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain sophisticated control systems for industrial processes, ensuring optimal performance and safety.Develop and troubleshoot PLC/DCS programming, logic, and HMI interfaces to automate complex operations and improve efficiency.Specify, select, and install instrumentation such as transmitters, valves, and sensors, calibrating them for accurate measurements.Conduct root cause analysis for control system failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Generate and review technical documentation, including P&IDs, wiring diagrams, control narratives, and loop drawings.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (process, mechanical, electrical) to integrate I&C solutions into larger plant designs.Perform loop checks and commissioning activities to verify system functionality before handover and startup.Manage I&C project scopes, budgets, and schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.Stay abreast of emerging technologies in industrial automation and recommend upgrades or new solutions.Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout all I&C activities.
