Person Specifications- Lecturer

• Hold a Master’s degree in English Literature and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field. (Preference will be given to candidates who can also teach general courses in Language and Linguistics along with Literature courses).
• Have a good command of the English Language.
• Hold membership in any of the professional association or bodies in the field of Language and / or Literature (Preferable, not mandatory.)
• Have good number of research publications in his/her credit in reputable journals.
• Have a Minimum of two years of teaching experience at the university/college level after the Master’s degree.
• Be capable of carrying out tasks that are Quality Assurance related.
