Job Title: Sales Officer Department: Personal Banking Reporting to: Cluster Head - SAED Sales Main role (Overall accountability): Sales officer is responsible for business development in designated area comprising of single or multiple branches. This is not a branch service role Principal Accountabilities. Achieve monthly sales targets for key bank products (new deposits, loans, new to bank customers, bancassurance, investments/wealth etc.) as allocated. New customer acquisition based on sales targets. Advise customers on their banking relationship to increase their total relationship size with the bank by suggesting various products which suit his/her needs regularly (cross selling). Monitor each customer’s product details for cross selling and efficient and effective service. Complete daily customer contact targets (outside meetings, outbound calls etc.) Keep customers informed of new products, services and benefits offered by the bank. Meet customers outside the bank regularly. Provide personalized service for all types of customer transactions including meeting the customers outside the bank to collect instructions or deliver the requirements. Resolve customer queries within the given time frame without escalation. Document activities, contacts/calls made, meetings, follow-through action and results achieved as per MIS requirements for the role. Engage in periodic performance review with the reporting authority and Head Office Staff. Personnel Specification: Bachelor's in Business or relevant field. GPA 2.5 and above. 2023-2026 graduate. Registered as a job seeker. Good knowledge of products, services, operational policies and procedures. Sales orientation. Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, tact and flexible approach. Knowledge of Banking systems and PC operations.
