JOB PURPOSE To ensure Onsor Technologies complies with all applicable statutory, regulatory, and corporate legal requirements by providing legal advice and support to Executive Management and business functions. The role is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, managing legal documentation and correspondence, supporting corporate governance, and ensuring legal compliance across the company's operations while mitigating legal and contractual risks. DIMENSIONS No. of Reports: Nill Budgetary Control: No External Interface(s) • Government authorities • Business partners • Third parties Internal Interface(s): • Executive Management • Employees • Internal Audit Shareholder KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts and legal agreements to protect the company's interests. • Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate, commercial, procurement, employment, and regulatory matters. • Conduct legal due diligence, identify legal and contractual risks, and recommend appropriate mitigation measures. • Ensure all contracts and legal documents comply with applicable laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements. • Develop, review, and maintain standard contract templates, terms and conditions, and other legal documentation. • Support procurement and tendering activities by reviewing RFPs, RFQs, tender documents, and contract terms. • Maintain and safeguard legal records, executed agreements, and corporate documentation. • Support corporate governance activities, including Board resolutions, committee documentation, and regulatory filings. • Liaise with external legal counsel, government authorities, and regulatory bodies on legal and compliance matters. • Prepare timely legal reports and updates for Executive Management.
