<p dir = "auto">يتولى مدير التطبيقات الرقمية وتطبيقات الأعمال مسؤولية قيادة مبادرات التحول الرقمي وتنفيذ الحلول الرقمية عبر مجموعة أسياد ووحداتها التشغيلية، بما يمكّن الأعمال من تحقيق أهدافها الاستراتيجية من خلال تبني الحلول الرقمية والتقنيات الحديثة لتحسين نتائج العمل وتعزيز تجربة الموظفين وأصحاب المصلحة</p>
<p dir = "auto">كما يتولى الدور مسؤولية خلق قيمة مضافة لموظفي المجموعة وأصحاب المصلحة عبر الاستخدام الذكي للأدوات والمنصات والتقنيات والخدمات الرقمية، إضافة إلى تعزيز القيادة الرقمية للمؤسسة، واستخلاص الرؤى التحليلية، وتطوير العمليات والنماذج التشغيلية الذكية التي تسهم في تحسين تجربة العملاء</p>

<p dir = "auto">الإشراف وقيادة فريق متعدد التخصصات من مطوري البرمجيات لضمان تقديم منتجات رقمية عالية الجودة وفي الوقت المحدد.</p>
<p dir = "auto">وضع وتطبيق أفضل الممارسات في تطوير البرمجيات، بما يشمل معايير البرمجة، وإجراءات الاختبار، وأنظمة إدارة الإصدارات.</p>
<p dir = "auto">إدارة دورة حياة تطوير البرمجيات بالكامل من مرحلة الفكرة وحتى الإطلاق، مع ضمان تنفيذ المشاريع ضمن الإطار الزمني والميزانية المحددة.</p>
<p dir = "auto">العمل المستمر على تحسين الأداء وتجربة المستخدم وقياسها وفق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية والأهداف النوعية.</p>

<p dir = "auto">وضع منهجية واضحة لتحديد الأولويات وإعداد خارطة طريق للتحول الرقمي مدعومة بالعمليات والأدوات والمؤشرات اللازمة لدعم أهداف الأعمال وفرص النمو الجديدة.</p>
<p dir = "auto">الإشراف على إدارة إصدارات الأنظمة الرقمية وتطبيقات الأعمال بما يشمل تخطيط وتنفيذ التحديثات والتحسينات.</p>
<p dir = "auto">ضمان إدارة التغييرات في أنظمة الأعمال بحيث يتم تصميمها وتطويرها واختبارها وتوثيقها بشكل يضمن انتقالًا سلسًا من مرحلة المشروع إلى التشغيل الفعلي.</p>
<p dir = "auto">دعم تبني المستخدمين للحلول الرقمية من خلال برامج التدريب والتواصل الواضح وآليات الدعم.</p>

<p dir = "auto"><strong>JOB PURPOSE:</strong></p>
<p dir = "auto">Digital &amp; Business Applications Director role is responsible of driving the digital implementations across Asyad and its business units enabling the business to achieve its business goals, embracing the use of digital and business solutions to drive the right outcomes for the employees, and other stakeholders in this changing world. Also, the role provides responsibility for creating new value for Group’s employees, and other stakeholders through the smart use of tools, platforms, technologies, and services and becoming digital leaders as well as focusing on gaining insights and the creation of smart business processes and models to enhance customer experiences.</p>
<p dir = "auto">This role demands a for a leader who can seamlessly integrate strategic foresight, stakeholder collaboration, and a commitment to elevating digital experiences. This position requires an expert professional with a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of digital mandates.</p>
<p dir = "auto">Also, the responsibilities for developing strategic partnerships with a wide range of external stakeholders related to digital and innovation.</p>

<p dir = "auto">Supervise and lead a cross-functional team of software developers, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of digital products.</p>
<p dir = "auto">Define and implement best practices for software development, including coding standards, testing procedures, and version control.</p>
<p dir = "auto">Manage the full software development life cycle from ideation to deployment, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.</p>
<p dir = "auto">Constantly work towards improving and reporting on the performance and user experience as measured against key metric &amp; qualitative goals.</p>
<p dir = "auto">Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to guarantee the reliability and performance of digital solutions.</p>
<p dir = "auto">Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of business applications, ensuring they align with organizational needs.</p>
<p dir = "auto">Work closely with business units to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency through technology.</p>
<p dir = "auto">Develop programmes to implement digital and business solutions which will enable the organisation to deliver products and services which are efficient and highly effective of high-quality and user centred.</p>
<p dir = "auto">Develop, manage, monitor, and implement the group’s digital strategy in line with organisational values, objectives, and priorities.</p>
<p dir = "auto">Create and support an environment of digital solutions and best practice, ensuring the use of technologies for the benefit of stakeholders and employees.</p>
<p dir = "auto">Create and embed a prioritisation approach to develop a roadmap for digital transformation with the relevant processes, tools and metrics to support business objectives and new growth opportunities.</p>
<p dir = "auto">Take responsibility for the release approach and maintenance of the business and digital system applications through the planning and rollout of upgrades and enhancements to these systems.</p>
<p dir = "auto">Implement all change in business systems ensuring it is designed, built, tested, and documented to ensure a seamless transition from project into business operation.</p>
<p dir = "auto">Facilitate user adoption through training programs, clear communication, and support mechanisms.</p>
<p dir = "auto">Build positive relationships with the key stakeholders inside and outside of the Group to maximise the benefits and utilizations of the digital solutions in achieving business needs and ASYAD’s key strategic policy objectives.</p>
<p dir = "auto">Lead the Customer Experience and Digital Programme and implementation of the approved strategy ensuring that digital solutions are used to focus on improving the customer experience.</p>
<p dir = "auto">Develop robust metrics for measuring the return on investment (ROI) of digital initiatives.</p>
<p dir = "auto">Establish benchmarks and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness and impact of digital projects.</p>
<p dir = "auto">Drive the contribution that technology can make to the culture of the organisation, making it stronger and more open and innovative.</p>
<p dir = "auto">Collaborate with Information Security team to proactively address potential threats, vulnerabilities, and adherence to the company’s security standards.</p>

<p dir = "auto">Qualifications</p>
<p dir = "auto">Bachelor’s Degree in bachelor’s degree in a Business, Computer Science, or Information Systems technology related field.</p>
<p dir = "auto">Professional qualification / certification from related professional body is preferred.</p>
<p dir = "auto">Experience</p>
<p dir = "auto">10 years of relevant experiences in similar capacity</p>
<p dir = "auto">Can demonstrate leading change in a complex organisation.</p>
<p dir = "auto">Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, navigating complex and ambiguous situations.</p>
<p dir = "auto">strong knowledge and experience on CRM technologies, Microsoft SQL. Data manipulation, data integration design and development, Datawarehouse tech, Business Intelligence technology and others related.</p>
<p dir = "auto">Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.</p>
