Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Manage the IFS P&L actively by analyzing daily financial inputs to identify cost-saving opportunities, forecast monthly closing costs, and implement corrective actions. Provide predictive cost-per-stage modeling to the IFS Operations Manager, enabling real-time financial tracking and proactive cost management. Coordinate directly with the Abraj Central Supply Chain. Submit accurately forecasted and vetted material requirements to facilitate efficient corporate procurement. Lead and attend all related internal and external meetings required to manage the commercial and supply chain facets of IFS operations. Serve as the single point of contact for all operational vendors. Monitor and manage the mobilization (hiring) and demobilization (off-hiring) of all third-party equipment and resources, critically evaluating operational requests to optimize capacity. Review and evaluate all resource and material requests from Frac and CT execution teams. Verify that every request is technically justified and aligns with the approved budget parameters. Cost Optimization: Manage the chemical and proppant inventory lifecycle. Coordinate inbound freight with pad schedules to prevent stock-outs, while continually working to optimize unit costs and widen the project's free cash flow bandwidth. Minimize unnecessary rental expenses. Track the daily utilization of third-party rental equipment (cranes, tanks, iron) and ensure prompt demobilization upon job completion. Lead the resolution of supplier complaints, operational grievances, and performance disputes. Ensure vendors consistently meet their contractual KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Partner with Central Supply Chain to technically vet local Omani suppliers for high-volume commodity products, supporting ICV (In-Country Value) and reducing single-source dependencies. Promote a culture of financial accountability across technical teams. Educate Desk Engineers and Field Managers on the financial impact of their chemical/proppant designs and equipment utilization. Ensure personal annual objectives and periodic performance reviews are completed in accordance with HR directions and timelines. Minimum Requirments: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related commercial discipline. 10 years of experience.
