Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee all commercial activities related to gold, petroleum, and trading operations.Develop and implement commercial strategies to support business growth, profitability, and market expansion.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, investors, and strategic business partners.Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, contract management, and major business agreements.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue-generating initiatives.Monitor market trends, economic developments, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.Collaborate closely with senior management on business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and investment opportunities.Ensure effective coordination between commercial, finance, operations, logistics, and compliance functions.Oversee commercial risk assessments and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.Manage and mentor commercial team members while driving high performance and accountability.Prepare and present commercial performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to executive management.Support the company's long-term growth objectives through effective commercial leadership and market positioning.
