About this opportunityJoin Ericsson as a Customer Project Manager within ANZA Cloud Software & Services, where you will lead the delivery of complex, high-impact customer programs across 5G core networks, cloud-native platforms, and service transformation initiatives. In this role, you will take full ownership of project strategy, governance, and execution, leveraging industry-leading methodologies and tools to deliver scalable, future-ready solutions. You will act as a trusted delivery partner to customers, translating business and network needs into tangible outcomes while ensuring efficiency, innovation, and operational excellence.What you will doLead end-to-end delivery of customer projects across scope, schedule, cost, risk, and qualityDevelop robust project plans, secure resources, and drive execution to successful completionOwn project financials including budgeting, forecasting, margin management, and cost controlProactively identify and manage risks, issues, changes, and interdependenciesLead governance forums, steering committees, and provide clear, data-driven status reportingBuild and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholdersEnsure compliance with contractual obligations, safety standards, and governance frameworksSupport pre-sales and transition activities, including solution alignment and contract inputsDrive continuous improvement through automation, innovation, and delivery optimization initiativesCapture lessons learned and contribute to evolving project management best practicesThe skills you bringBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related disciplineProject Management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent preferred)5+ years of experience managing complex customer or delivery programs, with 3+ years in telecom or IT environmentsStrong financial and commercial acumen, with proven experience managing budgets, forecasts, and resourcesSolid understanding of networked systems, service delivery models, and operational KPIsExperience working in customer-facing, contractual delivery environments with senior stakeholder exposureStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilitiesPractical understanding of automation and AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Glean) and their application in delivery excellenceAbility to translate customer business needs into actionable delivery outcomesHighly desirable:Exposure to 5G Core network applications and/or cloud infrastructure, including cloud-native architectures, containers, virtualization, and hyperscaler platformsKey attributes:Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levelsConfident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior executives and customer leadership teamsResults-driven, resilient, and able to manage competing priorities in dynamic environmentsStructured, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindsetComfortable operating in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder, and technology-driven environmentsWhy join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
