Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate inventory of EV spare parts (battery components, controllers, inverters, motors, charging modules, wiring harnesses, etc.)Monitor stock levels and reorder parts as required to prevent shortages or overstockingConduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepanciesEnsure proper storage of sensitive EV components (especially lithium-ion battery parts)Coordinate with OEMs and authorized suppliers for genuine EV partsRaise purchase orders and track delivery schedulesNegotiate pricing and ensure cost-effective procurement where applicableAssist service technicians in identifying correct parts using EPC (Electronic Parts Catalog)Interpret part numbers, technical diagrams, and manufacturer manualsCoordinate with service advisors to ensure parts availability for scheduled jobsAttend to walk-in and workshop customers for parts inquiriesProvide accurate quotations and explain warranty coverage on EV componentsPromote genuine parts and accessories to enhance vehicle performance and safetyMaintain records of inward/outward parts movementEnsure warranty parts are processed as per OEM guidelinesFollow safety procedures for handling high-voltage EV components
