Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesCover assigned territory as per daily route plan and visit retail outlets regularly Achieve sales and collection targets for the assigned area Ensure availability of all key products (MSL) across outlets Execute merchandising standards, product visibility, and promotions Manage stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and monitor expiry dates Handle customer relationships and identify opportunities to increase sales Support product listings and expansion into new outlets Monitor competitor activity and share market feedback Coordinate with delivery and merchandising teams for smooth operations.
