<p><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></p>
<p>The Personal Banker (Main Branch) provides excellent customer service while handles various banking transactions and promotes the bank's products and services.</p>
<p></p>
<p><strong>Key Accountabilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Greets customers warmly and assists them with their banking needs courteously and professionally.</li>
<li>Actively listens to customers to understand their requirements and provides appropriate solutions.</li>
<li>Ensures prompt and accurate resolution of customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.</li>
<li>Processes a range of banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and account inquiries, accurately and efficiently.</li>
<li>Assists customers with account openings, closures, and updates to account information as needed.</li>
<li>Educates customers about the bank's products and services, including accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment options.</li>
<li>Identifies opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products based on customer needs and financial goals.</li>
<li>Meets or exceeds sales targets by actively promoting banking products and services to customers.</li>
<li>Ensures compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain the integrity of banking operations.</li>
<li>Follows Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) guidelines when processing transactions and opening accounts.</li>
<li>Stays updated on banking regulatory and policy changes to ensure adherence and mitigate risks.</li>
<li>Assists with administrative tasks such as maintaining customer records, filing documents, and updating databases.</li>
<li>Prepares and maintains accurate transaction records and reports for audit and compliance purposes.</li>
<li>Collaborates with team members to ensure smooth branch operations and efficient workflow.</li>
<li>Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers by providing personalized service and addressing their financial needs effectively.</li>
<li>Follows up with customers to ensure satisfaction, resolves any issues, and identifies opportunities for additional banking products or services.</li>
<li>Proactively reaches out to existing and potential customers to promote new products and services and deepen relationships.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree in Banking &amp; Finance.</li>
<li>Fresh graduate with 0 years of experience, registered as unemployed and have no registered work history.</li>
<li>Shows strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in handling transactions.</li>
<li>Demonstrates basic understanding of banking products and services, and basic financial principles.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of banking regulations, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) principles, acquired through academic coursework or foundational training.</li>
