• Identify and recommend appropriate artificial lift systems based on well and reservoir conditions, including detailed artificial lift design, and optimize system performance. • Carry out ESP failure root cause analysis, & suggest modifications to its design on component level. • Develop predictive models to anticipate failures for proactive replacement. • Identify and implement technology-driven solutions to enhance production performance, including mitigation of gas lock and related production constraints. • Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, Well Engineering, Well Intervention, and service providers to enhance and optimize production from existing fields. • Perform full well modeling using PROSPER, analyze results, and identify remediation candidates to improve production. • Develop and execute effective well and reservoir surveillance programs to support production optimization and reliability. • Support deployment of technologies to improve well and reservoir performance in water-flooded fields, tight clastic reservoirs, highly fractured carbonates, and heavy oil assets. • Enhance injection and production profiles within the wellbore to improve waterflood recovery through re-completions, selective isolation, and conformance control treatments. • Identify, evaluate, and recommend well interventions to optimize injection placement and production withdrawal. • Identify, evaluate, and recommend remedial well work to improve inflow performance, including stimulation, perforation optimization, and additional or improved perforations. • Develop cost-effective surveillance and monitoring solutions to improve visibility and decision-making. • Contribute to continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives within the WRM Excellence Team.
