About This OpportunityEricsson connects people, businesses, and societies through mobile networks. We are looking for a Customer Project Manager to lead the delivery and deployment of Mobile Radio Access Networks (RAN) for strategic customers in Oman.In this role, you will have end-to-end accountability for complex network rollout projects — balancing contractual, financial, and operational commitments while building trusted relationships with the customer organization. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team and coordinate a broad ecosystem of internal and external stakeholders.The role reports to the Head of PMO in CU GULF.What You Will DoDefine and maintain the project baseline: scope, schedule, resources, and governanceLead planning, execution, and deployment of mobile radio network projects (RAN, 5G)Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, ensuring transparency and trustTrack project progress; manage changes, risks, conflicts, and escalationsLead and develop a diverse, technically skilled teamCoordinate across internal functions: Supply, Sourcing, Finance, and OperationsManage external partners and third-party service providersOwn project financials: forecasting, cost control, revenue recognition, and marginEnsure compliance with health, safety, environmental, security, and anti-corruption standardsSupport pre-sales and proposal activities when neededContinuously improve project methods, tools, and ways of workingYou Will BringRequired:+5 years of experience as a CPMDegree in Telecommunications, Electronics, IT, or equivalent practical experienceProven experience delivering mobile network / RAN rollout projects, including 5GStrong track record in customer-facing project leadership within complex environmentsAbility to manage multi-stakeholder ecosystems across customers, teams, and suppliersExperience managing project budgets, forecasts, and financial reportingClear communication, leadership, and influencing skillsStructured, proactive, and solution-focused approachFluency in English and ArabicAdvantageous:Experience with operators in the Middle EastBackground in network modernization, swap, or large-scale rollout programsPMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certificationExperience managing subcontractors and third-party suppliersFamiliarity with contract management and project sales processesWhy join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
