Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities"• Design and implement a comprehensive 18-month Mud Logging Development Program.Develop training curricula, lesson plans, presentations, manuals, practical exercises, and competency assessment tools.Deliver classroom, practical, and supervise field-based training.Conduct periodic evaluations and maintain trainee performance records.Develop competency matrices and progression milestones aligned with international industry standards.Provide coaching and mentoring to trainees throughout the program.Coordinate field attachments and practical training with operational teams.Prepare periodic progress reports and recommendations to management."
