<p>Purpose and Scope -  QA/QC Manager will support the Site Construction team. </p>

<p>Key Roles and Responsibilities  </p>
<p></p>
<p>Drive statistical methods in process control and continual improvement in process control and quality</p>
<p>Develop QAPs for solar and wind farms, substation as well as transmission line.</p>
<p>Assess the qualification of Vendors for renewable plants, including solar, wind, and BESS plants</p>
<p>Lead in supplier quality management activities including supplier performance assessment, warranty and claim process and supplier certifications</p>
<p>Review and approve supplier manufacturing processes, ITP and FAT</p>
<p>Monitor of TPIA reports on a daily basis prepared by project EPC.</p>
<p>Update of Vendor Quality Tracker.</p>
<p>Prepare weekly inspection / NCR MIS.</p>
<p>Conduct witness review based on ITP at site</p>
<p>Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules and ensure adherence to all procedures and coordinate with various teams (including Project company, EPC contractors, Sub-contractors, Consultants) to perform quality audits on processes.</p>
<p>Review the quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement.</p>
<p>Approve disposition actions for NCRs</p>
<p>Follow ups with development teams (Vendor, Procurement &amp; Project) for effective</p>
