-This job is contract under Nama Dhofar Services by ISAG Consulting Engineers. -Duration of contract: 2 years. Main Job Description: Responsible for protecting wastewater SCADA and OT infrastructure against cyber threats by implementing security controls, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining secure and resilient industrial control environments. Minimum Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or related field. • Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial cybersecurity (ICS/OT environment preferred). • Strong understanding of: -Network segmentation and industrial firewalls -IDS/IPS systems -SIEM tools and log monitoring -Risk management in control systems • Familiarity with industrial cybersecurity standards and frameworks. Preferred Certifications: • CISSP, CISM, or equivalent • GICSP (Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional) • CEH (optional) • Training or certification aligned with IEC 62443 Key Responsibilities: • Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies for wastewater SCADA & OT systems. • Implement network segmentation between IT and OT environments. • Configure and monitor firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint security tools. • Conduct vulnerability assessments and risk analysis of control systems. • Coordinate patch management with SCADA and OT teams. • Lead incident response for cyber events affecting wastewater operations. • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry cybersecurity standards. • Provide cybersecurity awareness and training to technical staff. • Perform any other duties assigned by NDS Management as required.
