الغرض من الوظيفة: يتولى المشرف الفني (Technical Superintendent) مسؤولية ضمان التشغيل الفني الآمن والفعال والفعال من حيث التكلفة للسفن المعينة. ويشمل ذلك الإشراف على أعمال الصيانة والإصلاحات والامتثال للمتطلبات القانونية وهيئات التصنيف وسياسات الشركة، لضمان بقاء السفن موثوقة وفنية وجاهزة للتشغيل دائمًا، مع المراقبة المستمرة لتحسين مستويات الأداء والسلامة. المسؤوليات الرئيسية: التخطيط: تحليل احتياجات المشاريع والمتطلبات الفنية لضمان الحالة الجيدة للمعدات، واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الضرورة.التنسيق: تنسيق الأنشطة المختلفة لضمان امتثال السفينة ومعايير الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة والأمن (QHSES).التصميم والتكليف: المساعدة في تصميم المعدات المطلوبة وضمان دخول الأصول الفنية الجديدة في الخدمة من خلال مطابقتها التامة للمواصفات.أداء الأصول الفنية: مراقبة الأداء الفني للأصول، وتحليل العيوب، وتقديم مقترحات للصيانة والإصلاح والتحسين ومراقبة تنفيذها.الصيانة والإصلاح: تنظيم الصيانة الدائمة، وإعداد مواصفات الإصلاح، ومتابعة تنفيذها، وتوفير الدعم الفني اللازم.الخدمات اللوجستية وإدارة المخزون: تحديد مستويات الحد الأدنى والأقصى لقطع الغيار بناءً على تحليل الأهمية لضمان استمرارية التشغيل.إدارة المعرفة: الحفاظ على الخبرة الفنية وتدريب الطاقم على أعمال الصيانة الأساسية لسد فجوات المعرفة لديهم.التقارير: رفع التقارير الدورية (يومية، أسبوعية، شهرية) لمديري السفن وإدارة المشاريع. المؤهلات والخبرات والمهارات: المؤهلات: درجة البكالوريوس في اللوجستيات، أو الهندسة، أو إدارة الموانئ، أو ما يعادلها. الخبرات: خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في منصب "مشرف" ، أو ما يعادل. المهارات: حل المشكلات: تقديم حلول إبداعية وعملية للمشكلات المعقدة والتعاون مع الآخرين لتحليل أسبابها.العمل الجماعي: العمل بتعاون وثيق مع الآخرين وتبادل الخبرات والمعرفة بمرونة عالية لدعم أعضاء الفريق.المبادرة: تحديد العقبات والفرص واتخاذ إجراءات مسبقة لمعالجتها من منظور شامل.مهارات تقنية: إجادة برامج Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). التواصل والعلاقات الوظيفية: داخلياً: مدير السفن، إدارة المشاريع، فريق الجودة والصحة والسلامة، الطواقم البحرية.خارجياً: ، السلطات القانونية JOB PURPOSE: The Technical Superintendent is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective technical operation of assigned vessels. This includes overseeing maintenance, repairs, and compliance with statutory, class, and company requirements. The role ensures vessels remain technically reliable and operationally ready through continuous monitoring and improvement of performance and safety standards. RESPONSIBILITIES: Planning: Analyze project needs and technical requirements to maintain equipment condition and take corrective actions when required.Coordination: Manage activities to ensure vessel compliance with QHSES (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Security) standards.Design & Commissioning: Assist in the design of project equipment and ensure new technical assets are fully compliant with specifications before operation.Asset Performance: Monitor and evaluate technical deficiencies, suggesting and implementing improvements for maintenance and repair.Maintenance and Repair: Organize permanent maintenance, prepare repair specifications, and ensure follow-up of execution for all technical assets.Logistics & Inventory: Manage spare part inventory levels by analyzing criticality and coordinating logistics to prevent operational downtime.Knowledge Management: Maintain high-level technical expertise and teach basic maintenance tasks to the crew to bridge knowledge gaps.Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Vessel Manager and project management teams. QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Ports Management, or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the capacity of Superintendent or similar. Skills: Problem Solving: Proactively signals logistical hiccups and collaborates to solve complex technical issues.Teamwork & Cooperation: Values others input and shares best practices so that others may benefit.Initiative: Recognizes and reacts appropriately to current problems by seeing the bigger picture.Software: Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.Communication: Ability to draft structured, clear emails and take initiative in stakeholder communication. KEY INTERACTIONS: Internal: Vessel Manager, Project Management, QHSES team, and Vessel Crew.External: Government authorities.
