Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesAttending Customers breakdown calls, mobilizing the teams to site.Assisting the team with technical support.Submit Monthly report to Cummins.Work in liaison with DFSE to provide the details to Cummins from any technical support.Relationship with colleagues/peers.Customer Complaints.Provide all relevant & necessary information to the warranty Mgr. so that warranty claims are closed accurately and on time.Theres should be no Payment Outstanding from the cash client.Ensure that WIP is kept to a minimum, urging daily invoicing.Labor utilization.Work EfficiencyFirst Time Right.Company policies and procedures.Ensure service staff participates in monthly Health & Safety meetings. Action plans should be agreed and monitored. Service staff on safety team.Take reasonable precautions to protect your own safety and that of others. Ensure that self and others use PPE. Report all.Accident book correctly completed and up.Maintain and secure all Company assets, including department vehicles and tooling. Vehicles roadworthy. Tooling in good order.
