First Aid & Document Controller - Substation

Role Description The First Aid & Document Controller is a full-time, on-site role based in Muscat, responsible for providing first aid support and managing documentation for real estate development and investment activities. Day-to-day tasks include responding to minor medical incidents, maintaining first aid equipment and supplies, and coordinating with emergency services when needed. The role also involves organizing, registering, and updating project documents, contracts, permits, and correspondence to ensure accurate and accessible records. The individual will maintain document control systems, track versions and approvals, and support internal audits and compliance requirements. Collaboration with project teams, consultants, and management is essential to ensure timely documentation, adherence to safety standards, and effective communication across the organization.Qualifications7+ years of experience as a First Aid & Document Controller - Substation Candidates should possess skills in Emergency Services and Emergency Medical Services (EMS) for effective response and coordination in medical incidents.Candidates should possess qualifications related to U.S. National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT), Paramedic, and Medicine or equivalent emergency care certifications.Strong document control skills, including experience with document management systems, version control, and standardized filing and archiving practices.Knowledge of health and safety procedures, workplace first aid protocols, and incident reporting in a corporate or project environment.Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple documents and tasks accurately under time constraints.Effective communication skills, ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and a professional, calm approach in emergency situations.Relevant diploma or degree in a healthcare-related field or document management, and prior experience in real estate, construction, or corporate environments is an advantage.
