• التأكد من مراعاة جميع المتطلبات التنظيمية المعمول بها ، والقوانين واللوائح الحكومية والمحلية. • إدارة السجلات ومتطلبات إعداد التقارير كما هو مذكور في المتطلبات التنظيمية المحددة بالسلطنة ونظام إدارة البيئة والصحة والسلامة في أوارك. • المساعدة في تطوير ضوابط للمخاطر المحددة ، ومتابعة تنفيذ الضوابط بعد اجراء تحليل المخاطر. تقييم فعالية نظام التحكم في المخاطر والسياسات والإجراءات وتقديم اقتراحات بالتغييرات التي تعكس تحسين الفرص للقضاء على حوادث وإصابات مكان العمل من خلال عملية تحليل المخاطر وتقييم المخاطر. • تخطيط وتطوير برنامج التدريب للموظفين الجدد وبرامج التدريب السنوية المطلوبة. • تحديد وتقييم الظروف والممارسات الخطرة في مكان العمل وإجراء عمليات التفتيش في المصنع للوقوف على ظروف وممارسات العمل الآمنة. تقديم المشورة في جميع ما يتعلق بلوائح الامتثال. • المساعدة في تقديم التدريب التعريفي للموظفي الجدد والمقاولين. • تجميع وتحليل والإبلاغ عن الحوادث. مراجعة تقارير أضرار الممتلكات والإصابات. • العمل وفقا لبروتوكولات نظام إدارة البيئة والصحة والسلامة المعمول بها بالشركة والإجراءات الخاصة بالموقع التي يقتضيها القانون. • مراقبة وتقديم التوصيات وإجراء التحديثات اللازمة في حالة إصدار تحديثات على اللوائح التنظيمية والقوانين التابعة للسلطنة. • المساعدة في شراء جميع لوازم السلامة أو المنتجات أو عناصر التدريب المطلوبة. • أي مهام أخرى يحددها المشرف المباشر المؤهلات: • بكالوريوس في الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة • شهادة IOSH في السلامة • شهادة NEBOSH • Ensure that all applicable regulatory requirements, state and local laws, regulations, rules and codes are observed • Manage recordkeeping and reporting requirements as stated in the country specific regulatory requirements and the OARC EHS Management System. • Help develop controls for identified hazards, coordinate the implementation of controls from result of hazard analysis. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of the hazard control system, policies, and procedures and recommend changes that reflect improved opportunities to eliminate work place accidents and injuries through a hazard analysis and risk assessment process. • Plan, develop and implement safety training for new employee orientation and annual required programs • Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices in the workplace, conduct and coordinate on-site inspections to audit physical conditions and safe work practices. Provide advice and counselling for all compliance regulations. • Assist in new employee and contractor orientation training • Compile, analyze, interpret, and report accidents. Review property damage and injury reports. • Work in accordance with the OARC EHS Management System protocols and site-specific procedures that are required by law • Monitor, advise, and implement ongoing updates in safety country specific regulations, laws and or reporting requirements • Assist in the purchasing of all safety supplies, products or training items required. • Any other tasks specified by the direct supervisor. Qualification: • Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field. • IOSH Managing Safely. • NEBOSH certification.
