Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesAbout Us Aqaba Ceramics is a growing supplier of building materials, tiles, sanitaryware, and related construction products in Oman. With established operations in Sohar and Saham and a new showroom opening soon in Barka, we are looking for motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to join our team.Locations: Sohar, Saham, and upcoming branch in Barka, OmanKey ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell building materials, tiles, sanitaryware, and related products.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and negotiate sales agreements.Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall showroom growth.Generate new business opportunities and maintain a strong customer pipeline.Ensure excellent customer service before and after sales.Coordinate with showroom and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.Effectively close sales and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of sales experience in building materials, sanitaryware, tiles, ceramics, hardware,construction materials, or a similar industry.Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.Good command of English (spoken and written).Arabic language skills are preferred, but not mandatory.Candidates without Arabic knowledge should demonstrate the willingness and ability to learn Arabic quickly.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.Employment TermsProbation PeriodCandidates will initially join on a 3-month visit visa, which will serve as the probation period.Salary during probation: OMR 180 per month.Accommodation provided by the company.Target-based sales commission applicable.Permanent EmploymentUpon successful completion of the probation period and mutual satisfaction of both parties, theemployee will be offered:A 2-year employment visa and contract.Salary starting from OMR 220+ per month (depending on performance and experience).Company-sponsored visa.Accommodation provided by the company.Attractive target-based commission and performance incentives.Additional InformationThe initial travel expenses to Oman must be borne by the candidate.Candidates should be willing to work at any Aqaba Ceramics branch, including Sohar, Saham, or the upcoming Barka showroom.How to ApplyInterested candidates with relevant experience in building materials and sanitaryware sales are encouraged to apply with their updated CV and contact details.
