Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesOperate heavy-duty shovels (hydraulic excavators, draglines, etc.) with precision to excavate, load, and move large volumes of material efficiently.Perform pre-operation checks, including fluid levels, hydraulic systems, and safety equipment, to ensure optimal machine performance and prevent breakdowns.Safely maneuver heavy machinery on diverse and challenging terrain, maintaining awareness of surroundings, including ground conditions and other personnel.Accurately load trucks, hoppers, or conveyors, ensuring proper weight distribution and minimizing spillage to maintain site efficiency and safety.
