Cybersecurity Maturity Assessment Specialist (CMMI, C2M2, NIST) Support the development and implementation of cybersecurity maturity assessment programs by designing assessment toolkits, questionnaires, scoring models, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms. Assist in conducting maturity assessments, evidence reviews, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with industry-recognized cybersecurity frameworks. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance, auditing, or assessment activities. Knowledge of C2M2, NIST frameworks, and cybersecurity control assessments. Experience with reporting, analytics, assessment tools, and process improvement. Relevant cybersecurity certifications are an advantage.
