EMPLOYEE JOB DESCRIPTION JOB PURPOSE: To lead and manage all core technical production disciplines within the shipyard, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of hull, piping, mechanical, electrical, and outfitting works in alignment with approved project plans, budgets, and schedules. To lead and oversee project planning, execution such as preplanning/scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, setting appropriate priorities based on commercial/project management requirements, task tracking, inter department coordination/problem solving and cost controlling via efficient resources utilization and goal oriented. The role supports the VP Production by translating production strategy into technical execution excellence, optimizing productivity, and ensuring compliance with quality, HSSE, and international shipyard standards. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Description Strategy Implementation & Operational Planning Implement production strategies, policies, and targets as defined by the VP Production and COO.Translate approved production plans into detailed technical execution strategies.Support continuous optimization of production methods, sequencing, and resource utilization. Technical Operations Leadership Lead and coordinate all technical production departments to ensure integrated and efficient execution.Identify execution risks and implement corrective actionsEnforce standardized work procedures and technical best practiceDirect and control all technical departments to ensure timely, safe, and quality execution of works.Ensure technical readiness, manpower adequacy, tools, and materials availability.Resolve technical bottlenecks and interface issues across disciplines. Production Execution & Control Ensure works are executed in accordance with drawings, specifications, class, and client requirements.Monitor daily productivity, progress, and rework trends; initiate corrective actions.Monitor manhour consumption, material utilization and production efficiencyEnsure proper work packaging and handover between departments.Ensure inter department coordination for avoid possible interruption in work locations. Quality, HSSE & Compliance Enforce compliance with quality plans, ITPs, HSSE rules, and environmental controls.Promote a safety-first culture across all technical departments.Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented for NCRs and incidents. People Leadership & Capability Development Lead department heads through performance management, coaching, and development.Identify technical skill gaps and support training initiatives.Build a strong second-line technical leadership pipeline. REPORTS: Provide regular operational and technical performance reports to VP Production.Coordinate closely with Project Management, Planning, and Marine teams.Provide technical input to rendering, variations and claims as requiredInterface with class and client representatives on technical matters COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: Internal: VP Production Production Control Project and planning unit HSSE, QAQC, People and Services Supply Chain External: Classification Societies Vendors and Subcontractors Owners’ Representatives QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Naval / Marine Engineering12–15 years shipyard or heavy industry experienceStrong multi-discipline technical leadership backgroundProven execution and productivity management skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making capability BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES Results Orientation Operational Discipline Leadership & Accountability Safety & Quality Mindset Continuous improvement mindset تنفيذ الاستراتيجية والتخطيط التشغيلي تنفيذ استراتيجيات وسياسات وأهداف الإنتاج المعتمدة من قبل نائب رئيس الإنتاج والرئيس التنفيذي للعمليات. تحويل خطط الإنتاج المعتمدة إلى استراتيجيات تنفيذ فنية تفصيلية. دعم التحسين المستمر لأساليب الإنتاج وتسلسل الأعمال والاستفادة المثلى من الموارد. قيادة العمليات الفنية قيادة وتنسيق جميع الإدارات الفنية الإنتاجية لضمان تنفيذ الأعمال بصورة متكاملة وفعالة. تحديد مخاطر التنفيذ واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية المناسبة. تطبيق إجراءات العمل الموحدة وأفضل الممارسات الفنية. الإشراف والتوجيه على جميع الإدارات الفنية لضمان تنفيذ الأعمال في الوقت المحدد وبالجودة والسلامة المطلوبة. ضمان الجاهزية الفنية وتوفر القوى العاملة والأدوات والمواد اللازمة. معالجة التحديات الفنية ومشكلات التنسيق بين مختلف التخصصات. تنفيذ ومراقبة الإنتاج ضمان تنفيذ الأعمال وفق الرسومات والمواصفات ومتطلبات جهات التصنيف والعملاء. متابعة الإنتاجية اليومية وتقدم الأعمال ومعدلات إعادة العمل واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الحاجة. مراقبة استهلاك ساعات العمل والمواد وكفاءة الإنتاج. ضمان تنظيم وتسليم الأعمال بين الإدارات المختلفة بصورة فعالة. ضمان التنسيق بين الإدارات لتجنب أي تعطل أو تداخل في مواقع العمل. الجودة والصحة والسلامة والالتزام ضمان الالتزام بخطط الجودة وخطط الفحص والاختبار ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والضوابط البيئية. تعزيز ثقافة السلامة أولاً في جميع الإدارات الفنية. ضمان تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية المتعلقة بحالات عدم المطابقة والحوادث. قيادة الأفراد وتطوير القدرات قيادة رؤساء الأقسام من خلال إدارة الأداء والتوجيه والتطوير المهني. تحديد الفجوات الفنية ودعم برامج التدريب والتطوير. بناء صف قيادي فني ثانٍ قادر على دعم استمرارية العمل والتطوير المستقبلي. التقارير والتنسيق: إعداد وتقديم تقارير تشغيلية وفنية دورية إلى نائب رئيس الإنتاج. التنسيق المستمر مع فرق إدارة المشاريع والتخطيط والإدارة البحرية. تقديم الدعم الفني فيما يتعلق بالعطاءات وأوامر التغيير والمطالبات عند الحاجة. التنسيق والتواصل مع ممثلي العملاء وجهات التصنيف بشأن المسائل الفنية. الاتصالات وعلاقات العمل: داخلياً: نائب رئيس الإنتاج إدارة التحكم بالإنتاج إدارة المشاريع والتخطيطإدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وضمان وضبط الجودة وإدارة شؤون الموظفين والخدمات إدارة سلسلة الإمداد خارجياً: جهات التصنيف البحري الموردون والمقاولون من الباطن ممثلو ملاك السفن والعملاء المؤهلات والخبرة والمهارات: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو البحرية أو هندسة السفن. خبرة من 12 إلى 15 سنة في أحواض بناء وإصلاح السفن أو الصناعات الثقيلة. خبرة قوية في القيادة الفنية متعددة التخصصات. قدرة مثبتة على إدارة التنفيذ والإنتاجية بكفاءة. مهارات عالية في حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات. الكفاءات السلوكية: التركيز على تحقيق النتائج الانضباط التشغيلي القيادة وتحمل المسؤولية الالتزام بثقافة السلامة والجودة عقلية التحسين المستمر
