Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Perform duties safely and professionally in line with company policies, well control standards, and regulatory requirements. Conduct daily inspections, maintain accurate records, and participate in pre-tour meetings, safety briefings, and training activities. Monitor mud systems, including mud pit levels, pumps, and circulating equipment, and report any losses or gains to the Driller. Operate, maintain, and assist in repair of mud pumps, standpipe manifold valves, and related equipment. Work at height (derrick and stabbing board) safely, ensuring proper use and maintenance of safety harnesses and systems. Perform derrickman duties during tripping operations (running in/pulling out drill string). Assist with running, handling, and cementing casing, including operations at the casing stabbing board. Support mud-related activities, including mud preparation, testing, and assisting or relieving the Mud Tester when required. Assist the Driller and rig floor crew in drilling activities, tool handling, and equipment preparation. Inspect, maintain, and ensure proper storage and readiness of equipment and tools. Support rig operations including rig-up, testing of equipment, and emergency standby duties in mud pump areas. Ensure proper housekeeping, equipment alignment, and readiness of active drilling systems. Carry out additional duties as assigned to support safe, efficient, and continuous rig operations. Minimum Requirements: General education diploma with 4 years of experience.
