<p dir = "auto">الهدف الوظيفي: العمل على إعداد التحليلات المالية والدراسات السوقية المبدأية لدعم عملية تقييم الاداء وإعداد التوقعات و إتخاذ القرار الاستراتيجي. التركيز على إعداد دراسات الجدوى الاقتصادية، ورصد اتجاهات أسواق المال العالمية والإقليمية، والمساهمة الفنية في تنفيذ مبادرات تطوير الأعمال التي تهدف إلى تعزيز الكفاءة التشغيلية وتنافسية البورصة، وذلك من خلال تقديم رؤى مبنية على البيانات لتقييم الفرص والمخاطر المحتملة.</p>

<li>العمل على إعداد النماذج المالية ودراسات الجدوى الاقتصادية مبدأية للمشاريع والمبادرات الاستراتيجية الجديدة المقترحة ضمن خطة تطوير البورصة.</li>
<li>تحليل البيانات المالية والتشغيلية لقياس أداء المبادرات القائمة ومقارنتها بالأهداف المخطط لها.</li>
<li>العمل على إعداد التحليل الاقتصادي الكلي لأسواق المال بما يشمل دراسة تأثير معدلات الفائدة والتضخم والتدفقات الرأسمالية العالمية على السوق.</li>
<li>العمل على إعداد التحليل الجزئي للسوق لدراسة أنماط التداول والسيولة وسلوك المستثمرين وأداء القطاعات المختلفة في السوق.</li>
<li>العمل على إعداد تحليلات السيناريوهات وتحليل التكلفة والعائد لدعم اتخاذ القرارات المتعلقة بالمبادرات الاستراتيجية.</li>
<li>تقديم التحليلات المالية اللازمة لدعم استحداث منتجات مالية وأدوات استثمارية جديدة في السوق.</li>
<li>رصد وتحليل الاتجاهات الاقتصادية الكلية والجزئية التي تؤثر على أسواق المال، بما في ذلك تقلبات الأسعار ومعدلات الفائدة والتضخم[EO2.1][HA2.2].</li>
<li>متابعة وتحليل سلوك المستثمرين وتدفقات السيولة الأجنبية والمحلية لتحديد الأنماط المؤثرة على التداول.</li>
<li>إجراء مقارنات معيارية مع البورصات الإقليمية والعالمية لتحديد الفجوات وفرص التحسين في الخدمات والمنتجات.</li>
<li>إعداد تقارير دورية (شهرية/ربع سنوية) تستشرف مستقبل السوق وتحلل اتجاهاته.</li>
<li>تحديد وإبراز الفرص الاستثمارية والمخاطر المحتملة، وتقييم الآثار المترتبة عليها تجاه استراتيجية البورصة.</li>
<li>المشاركة في تجميع البيانات اللازمة لمؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية المتعلقة بالخطة الاستراتيجية ورفعها للمعنيين.</li>
<li>صياغة التوصيات الفنية المبنية على الأدلة والبيانات لدعم مبادرات الابتكار وتطوير الأعمال.</li>
<li>المشاركة في فرق العمل الخاصة بتنفيذ المبادرات الاستراتيجية من خلال توفير البيانات والتحليلات المطلوبة.</li>
<li>المساهمة في مراجعة السياسات والإجراءات ذات العلاقة بتطوير السوق لضمان توافقها مع أفضل الممارسات المالية.</li>

The role focuses on conducting feasibility studies, monitoring global and regional capital market trends, and providing analytical support for business development initiatives aimed at enhancing the Exchange’s operational efficiency and competitiveness. The position delivers data‑driven insights to assess emerging opportunities and potential risks.</p>

<p dir = "auto">* Develop financial models and conduct preliminary economic feasibility studies for proposed strategic projects and initiatives within the Exchange’s development plan.</p>
<p dir = "auto">* Analyze financial and operational data to measure the performance of ongoing initiatives and compare outcomes against planned targets.</p>
<p dir = "auto">* Prepare macroeconomic analyses related to capital markets, including assessing the impact of interest rates, inflation, and global capital flows.</p>
<p dir = "auto">* Conduct micro‑level market analysis to study trading patterns, liquidity trends, investor behavior, and performance across market sectors.</p>
<p dir = "auto">* Prepare scenario analyses and cost‑benefit assessments to support decision‑making on strategic initiatives.</p>
<p dir = "auto">* Provide the necessary financial analyses to support the introduction of new financial products and investment instruments in the market.</p>
