Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesOversee daily café operations, ensuring smooth service and product quality Lead, train, and manage FOH teams, maintaining high performance and discipline Prepare and manage FOH staff rosters based on business needs Monitor daily sales, wastage, and production vs. sales, ensuring optimal efficiency and minimal losses Maintain inventory control, stock ordering, and proper wastage management Ensure excellent customer service and handle feedback professionally Manage daily reporting, cash handling, and basic financial controls Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standardswork with management for expansion of the operations currently going on
