Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesSaud Bahwan Group is seeking a highly experienced Product Trainer – Sales & Technical to join its Construction Equipment Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive product and technical training programs for Sales, Service, and Customer Support teams while enhancing product knowledge, technical capability, and customer engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver classroom, practical, and field-based training programs for Sales and Technical teams.Conduct product training on construction and heavy equipment, including:Excavators, Dozers, Wheel Loaders, Motor Graders, Pavers, Rollers & CompactorsForklifts, Mobile & Crawler Cranes, Backhoe LoadersOther heavy construction machineryTrain teams on product features, applications, machine operation, maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and competitive positioning.Develop training manuals, technical presentations, SOPs, product guides, and e-learning content.Support new product launches through product familiarization and certification programs.Conduct machine demonstrations for customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders.Collaborate with OEMs to implement the latest product updates, technologies, and training standards.Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, practical evaluations, and certification programs.Provide technical support during customer visits, exhibitions, and product demonstrations.Maintain training records and recommend continuous learning and capability development initiatives.
